My order did show up in the end, but the delivery date changed a couple times and the tracking was sorta unclear. The package was in good shape when it got here, so that part was fine. I just wish the updates had been a bit better. Overall, a average experience for me...

I ordered a few fitness bands from Lifeline, and checkout was easy enough. No problems there. Quick and straightforward.

Shipping, though, was just okay. Not awful, but slower than I expected. A few days went by without much of a real update, so I was kind of left wondering what was happening.

I found the website frustrating to use. The menus felt kind of all over the place, and getting through checkout took way longer than it should have, if that makes sense. I don’t think I’d come back to use it again.

I was annoyed using Lifeline. I found a couple things through search that looked like exactly what I needed, but after clicking around, they were either sold out or not available. Some pages didn’t make that obvious right away either, so it felt like I was wasting time for no reason.
I checked back a few times hoping it was just temporary, but it was the same situation. It also made me wonder a bit about the overall quality of the shopping experience if basic stock info isn’t clear up front. I ended up ordering somewhere else.

The warranty process took longer than I hoped, which was frustrating at the time. I was starting to feel a bit let down, but to be fair, they did end up fixing the issue in the end. Not amazing, but I’m relieved it got handled...

Nothing stood out enough to make it feel worth the money, i ended up feeling like I overpaid. I’m sure it could work well for some people, but personally, I didn’t see the value. I wouldn’t buy it again.

The product works fine once I got it figured out, but the instructions were not as clear as they should have been. I had to spend extra time rereading steps and guessing a bit, which felt like more work than it needed to be.

The whole experience was okay, though not especially personal, kind of felt like I was just a ticket number getting processed.

After a couple months, one of the resistance bands started showing some wear, and the handle grip got a little loose. It’s still usable, so I’m not totally disappointed, but I did expect it to be tougher for the price. Not the worst purchase, but I probably wouldn’t call it a great one either. 3 stars from me.
